Get the right size

Gradually increase this time to 6-8 hours a day over a course of 10 to 14 days. Also, do not tighten your lace down all at once, give it time and tighten it slowly over a course of days or weeks. Exercise and diet

Complement your waist training with healthy diet and proper exercise. If you want to lose weight, do not just rely on waist training. Exercise and diet are just as important. Discontinue if you feel uncomfortable
